Joyce Taurisano, CRA (Certified Residential Appraiser) has been appraising Central New York since 1983. Joyce began in real estate sales in 1979, building significant industry background and local real estate experience. She went on to found JT Appraisal.
JT Appraisal provides residential appraisals in Oneida County, Herkimer County, Madison County, and Onondaga County, including Utica, Rome, Whitesboro, New Hartford, and Syracuse, New York.
Joyce says a lot of her clients are attorneys and financial institutions. JT Appraisal actually specializes in mortgage applications, estate settlement, tax grievances, foreclosure, and distress sales, and other residential appraisals.
